I'm a home-based baker/cook that sells Sourdough and Banana Bread (for now). I have my State Cottage-Food number Registration (CF-124979) and Food Handling Certificate (291765-khg2970). I have a website that customers can order through, for convenience -karminskitchen.com. I'm based in Surprise, Arizona and I'm looking to expand sometime in the near future.
